Kay Jewelry has been around for some ninety years now. The simple idea of two innovative brothers, Sol and Edmund Kaufmann from Reading, Pennsylvania gave way for the inception of Kay. They opened the first Kay Jewelry in the corner of the furniture store owned by their father.

Originally, Kay was selling things aside from jewelries. Some of their initial products comprised of eyeglasses, electric razors, musical jewelry boxes, silverware sets, kitchen appliances and even radios. But then later on, as time changed, Kay concentrated in the jewelry business.

Owning a piece of jewelry of special meaning such as those of your gemstones, would not just surely serve as an adornment to your body but will also be an expression of your individuality.

Know Your Gemstone. A gemstone which is also often called birthstones, are crystal fragments from the earth’s heart. These fragments are cut, shaped, polished and the colors enhanced to create adornments or jewelries.
